Arrangements to mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
On Friday 9th September there will be services of Prayer and Reflection at 6pm in Trinity Church Sissinghurst and at 7pm in St Mary’s Church, Frittenden.
A Book of Condolence has been opened in each church and the churches will be open during the day for private prayer and reflection.
On Sunday 11th September there will be a service of Morning Worship at 10am in St Mary’s Church with a one minute silence observed, prayers for King Charles III and the Royal Family.
On Sunday 18th September there will be Services of Thanksgiving in both Churches to give thanks for the life and service of Her Majesty The Queen. The service in St Mary’s Church with Holy Communion will be at 10am; the service in Trinity Church will be at 6pm.
